High Littleton Parish Council has a vacancy for a Parish Councillor 

The work of Parish Councillors is voluntary and is a valuable contribution to the community. Meetings are once a month. To be eligible, you must be a British citizen, a Commonwealth citizen or a citizen of a European Union country, be over 18 and be listed on the Register of Electors for the Parish. 

If you are public-spirited and want to make a meaningful contribution to your community, then why not apply for co-option as a Parish Councillor. You will be involved with planning applications, highway and footpath issues, traffic management schemes, allotment management, parish sweeping and many other aspects of life in our community. Training courses may be available if required.
