Deferred. The Council will analyse the data before deciding what action should be taken.
2606.7 [TO RESOLVE] To consider and decide measure to assist residents and walkers crossing the road at Hallatrow Bridge
Resolved to request that B&NES investigate what can be done at this location as the pavement on bridge is not wide enough for wheelchair, prams and pushchairs. L Thornton to draft a request regarding accessibility and circulate for approval to be sent to B&NES Highways and B&NES Accessibility.

C Lingley reported that Royal British Legion are waiting for a valuation of the site before it can be listed for sale.

Cllr Morgan reported that a decision on the Options Document Consultation for the B&NES Local Plan has been delayed, she is liaising with B&NES on bus issues including bus cancellations, and there was evidence of a cannabis factory in the derelict Rosewell building and the items have been removed.

The Council noted grass cutting taking place today and the cemetery is looking much better.

K Fuglesang reported that the latest editorial has been submitted.
- Greyfield Wood
C Lindley reported that the middle track will be steam rolled. And C Lindley to liaise with the Woodland Trust re a meeting with Councillors so that they can be updated on the plans for the Wood over the next 12 months.
- Environmental Group
R Lane reported 16 items handed in at the latest Repair Café with 14 repaired. The group need repairers and anyone interested can contact R Lane or the Clerk for more details. And an Amphibian talk is planned.

Resolved that the Clerk report vegetation on Hallatrow Road/Paulton Road and weeds on Claremont Gardens to B&NES via fixmystreet.

K Fuglesang reported that Adders Way has been cut back. The Council noted the footpath diversion CL16/1 at the Polestar roundabout.

The Council noted Cil funds of £11944 need to be spent by June 2027, and £10195 by Dec 2027.

Clerk to chase up the relocation with B&NES.
