The Council heard from a resident with concerns of speeding on Paulton Road Hallatrow.
The Council advised that approaches have been made to B&NES Council regarding Paulton Road, but a solution has not been brought forward, and advised the resident to approach Highways Department at B&NES and give them full details of issues.

Resolved to enquire re the relocation of bin at bus stop on Highbury Road to an appropriate site near the Old Station. Clerk to send request to B&NES.
2605.8 [TO RESOLVE] To consider and decide consider request for the Parish Council to write to FirstBus to request an electronic sign at Hallatrow bus stop – elderly bus users don’t always have access to online information
The Council noted that this request has already been submitted to B&NES by Ward Cllr Morgan and B&NES say they are unable to provide electronic signs on the bus stop due to budget contraints.

P Ghillyer reported that the gate post at the bottom of the track has been repaired and the tracks are drying out. The path on the left of the car park has been blocked off due to a mine hole but walkers are removing the wooden brash and sign placed there by the Woodland Trust.

R Lane reported the AGM has taken place.
